Pleomorphic lipoma
Pleomorphic lipoma is rare and occurs in men over middle age. It is clinically similar to spindle cell lipoma, and it occurs more frequently in shoulders and necks, with a diameter of 1 to 13 cm. It grows slowly and a few recent growths have accelerated. Although both pleomorphic lipoma and spindle cell lipoma show aberrations of nuclear chromosome 16q, the disease is still benign.
