Arterial injection contrast test
The arterial injection pigment comparison test was performed by the following principle. Normal pancreas or pancreatic tissue that has not lost vitality has normal blood flow. Staining agent is injected into the pancreatic arteries, and pancreatic tissue in its supply area can be stained. When necrosis of the pancreatic tissue has lost its blood supply, it cannot be stained by the stain. In this test, methylene blue was injected into the artery, and the color change of pancreatic tissue was observed to determine whether there was vitality and to determine the scope of surgical resection.
