Pediatric posterior urethral valve

Posterior urethral valve is the most common disease in male children with congenital lower urinary tract obstruction, which is often caused by hydronephrosis. With the widespread use of prenatal ultrasound, the discovery rate of neonatal hydronephrosis has gradually increased, and early detection of posterior urethral valves has become possible.
