Colds are a common respiratory disease caused by a variety of viruses, and are generally divided into common colds and epidemic colds. What is usually said are common colds, commonly known as colds. Colds are mostly caused by people getting cold, and they begin to feel nasopharyngeal dryness, itching, and burning, followed by sneezing, nasal congestion, nasal discharge, and tears. After 1-2 days, it may be accompanied by sore throat, cough, or fever, headache, general soreness, loss of appetite, or nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. If there are no comorbidities, it can be cured in 5-7 days. Regardless of age, you can catch a cold all year round, but it is more common when the temperature changes significantly in autumn and winter. Generally, each person can catch a cold 2-5 times a year, and the number of colds will increase in children, the elderly and people with poor constitution.
