Vulvar soft fibroma

Vulvar soft fibroma is a benign polyp mass covered by keratinized squamous epithelium with fibrous blood vessels as the core. Mostly grow on skin parts such as the labia majora. Often small and soft, it is a benign tumor with pedicles, such as sesame or rice grains, light brown or dark brown, and is usually multiple.
