Granulomatous changes in unilateral fundus

The most common change in ocular archworm is granulomatous change in unilateral fundus. Ocular toxocariasis is an infectious disease caused by invasion of ocular tissues by larvae of Toxocara canis or Toxocara felis. Human infections are caused by ingestion of food contaminated by Toxoplasma gondii eggs.
