Serum phospholipids

Serum phospholipids mainly include four parts: lecithin, lysolecithin, neurophospholipid, and cerebral phospholipid. In clinical work, there are generally two methods to determine serum total phospholipids. There are two types of methods: chemical method and enzymatic method. If you need to further check the composition of serum phospholipids, you need to use thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography or high performance liquid chromatography.
