Milk up

Many breastfeeding moms have experienced this. When breast milk starts to secrete, the breasts become hot, heavy, painful, and sometimes as hard as stones. The breast surface looks smooth and plump, and even the areola becomes firm and painful. In this case, even if the mother is forced to breast-feed, it is difficult for the baby to cover her nipples. This is the "rising milk".
