Bowen disease
Bowens disease is a rare, early-on-skin squamous cell carcinoma of the skin. Bowen reported two cases in 1912, and in 1914 Darier reported three cases under the name "Bowen precancerous skin disease". Hence the name "Bowens disease". Bowen's disease is mostly over 45 years old, with more men than women. The main clinical manifestations are chronic, asymptomatic and scaly plaques. Some patients have malignancies other than the skin. Surgical resection is a reliable treatment method, and follow-up is needed to prevent recurrence and other malignant tumors.
