Trigeminal neuralgia

First reported by French Nicolas Andri in 1756. Trigeminal neuralgia is called "painful convulsions" because most of them are accompanied by facial muscle twitches. Refers to a recurring transient paroxysmal pain confined to the trigeminal innervation zone. Can be divided into two kinds of primary and secondary.
