Oily scales

Scales are the stratum corneum that are shed or are about to fall off. Seborrheic dermatitis usually occurs in areas where sebaceous glands are abundantly distributed. It occurs on the basis of seborrhea and often spreads down from the head. It has greasy scaly yellow-red patches with clear boundaries, symmetrical distribution, and conscious itching. Easy to relapse.
