Acute superficial foreskin balanitis
Foreskin balanitis refers to inflammation of the inner foreskin and the head of the penis. Acute superficial balanitis in men is often caused by local trauma, friction, contraceptives, soap and detergents, which cause erythema, erosion, exudation and even bleeding, and the pain is unbearable.
