Bloody ear leak

Bloody ear leaks are mostly related to trauma, but beware of hemangiomas or middle ear cancer. In particular, middle ear cancer, blood in the pus, pus with a foul odor, or severe ear pain, headache, is an ominous sign. Suspect tissue in the external ear canal or middle ear should be taken for pathological examination to determine the diagnosis and treatment measures.
