Increased pleural capillary permeability

In view of the two main components of resistance to pathogenic microorganisms, namely white blood cells and antibodies, are transported by blood, the three changes in hemodynamics, increased vascular permeability and leukocyte exudation in acute inflammation are very obvious. As a result, protein-rich exudate, fibrin and leukocytes accumulate in the extravascular space of the injured site. This is the main feature of histopathology of acute inflammation.
