Cardiogenic respiratory distress
It refers to cardiogenic dyspnea caused by factors such as increased hydrostatic pressure. It is common in cardiogenic pulmonary edema caused by left ventricular dysfunction, which leads to respiratory failure. Cardiogenic dyspnea is mainly caused by left heart and / or right heart failure. The two mechanisms are different. Left heart failure is more severe.
