Vitamin B12 in plasma

Plasma vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, and folic acid are collectively called red blood cell maturation factor. Involved in DNA synthesis of various tissue cells. The determination of plasma vitamin B12 is mainly used for the diagnosis of the cause of megaloblastic anemia.
