Polypoid damage
Polypoid-like damage: The left kidney cyst gene alters the metabolism of tubular epithelial cells and cyst wall cells. The continuous proliferation of tubular epithelial cells can form polypoid-like damage and cause renal tubular obstruction. Fluid in the anterior obstruction tube retains and swells into a cyst. In addition, the polyp-like substance formed by proliferation can cause a semi-obstructed state in the neck of the cyst, making it difficult for the fluid to flow out, and the cyst is enlarged.
