Incoherent thinking

The so-called thinking disorder refers to the abnormality in the amount and speed of thinking association activities. The clinical manifestations of mental disorders are diverse. The concept of incoherent thinking is disconnected from the question of concept. The patient did not speak a complete, structured, independent sentence, and the words were not connected.
