Hot and cold hemolysis test
The hot and cold hemolysis test is an in vitro test that simulates the onset of a patient. The patient's blood is placed in a refrigerator at 4 ° C for some time and then at room temperature of 37 ° C. Due to the decomposition of glucose to produce acid, the red blood cells are lysed and hemolysis occurs.
