Spine damage

Spine damage is divided into two types: benign and malignant damage. Reactive hyperplasia and sclerosis at the margin of destruction are mostly benign destruction, mainly found in spinal tuberculosis and primary benign tumors. The blurred edge without sclerosis is mostly malignant bone destruction, which is more common in metastatic tumors or primary malignant tumors.
