Biphasic body temperature
Biphasic body temperature is an important indicator of ovulation. The normal body temperature of women during menstruation is slightly lower before ovulation and the lowest during ovulation. After ovulation, the body temperature is higher than the follicular phase due to the heating effect of progesterone, which is biphasic.
