Hip pain
Dense sacral arthritis is a type of non-specific inflammation characterized by osteosclerosis. It has a high degree of dense sclerosis, especially 2/3 below the sacrum, but the joint space remains unchanged. Has recurrent low back pain, sometimes radiating down to both hips and thighs.
