Isotonic urine
Isotonic urine (decreased urine concentration and dilution function): CRF (chronic renal failure) decreases in early renal function and normal dilution function. As the condition worsens, renal dilution function is also impaired, so that the final urine osmotic pressure is close to plasma, and the urine specific gravity is often fixed. At 1.008-1.012, it is called isotonic urine.
