Painless soft tissue masses in the fingers and toes

Painless soft tissue masses of the fingers and toes belong to the skin lesions of a giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath. Slow growth, usually less than 3cm, occurs in the fingers and hands, rarely toes. Young people are more common than females. Tumors can erode adjacent bones.
