Cervical spinal stenosis
Under normal conditions, the internal diameter of the cervical spinal canal (anterior-posterior sagittal diameter and lateral diameter) have a certain size to accommodate spinal nerves and other tissues in the spinal canal. However, if the inner diameter is smaller than normal, especially when the absolute value of the sagittal diameter is less than 12mm, the spinal canal is relatively narrow, and when it is less than 10mm, it is absolutely narrow, which can cause a series of symptoms. The treatment of this disease is still mainly non-surgical therapy, but those who fail to treat for a long time should still be operated to enlarge the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal.
