Painless single hard mass in the breast
Painless single hard mass in the breast is a clinical feature of breast fibroadenomas. Breast fibroadenomas are formed by the simultaneous proliferation of fibrous tissue and glandular epithelium in the lobules of the breast. They are the most common benign tumors of the breast. They occur in young women. More common in the upper quadrant of the breast. The masses are mostly round, with a smooth surface, clear boundaries with surrounding tissues, and no adhesions. The possibility of the disease is small, about 1%. Breast tuberculosis is more common in middle-aged women and rarely has systemic symptoms of tuberculous lesions. The main symptoms are breast lumps, the course of which is slow, and most of them are isolated nodules at first, and then gradually form several lumps. , The mass softened to form a cold abscess. Ulcers and long-lasting discharges can occur after ulceration, followed by thin bean-like pus, and the ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes often swell.
