Wegener's granuloma
Wegener granulomatosis (WG) is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis disease with complicated clinical manifestations and poor prognosis. It is characterized by granulomatous lesions in the entire respiratory tract, systemic necrotizing vasculitis and kidneys. Globululonephritis. Klinger (1931) reported for the first time a case that was dissected as a boundary type of nodular polyarteritis. Wegner reported 3 cases in 1936 and 18 in 1939. According to biopsy and autopsy data, the disease was named nasal granuloma, which mainly involved arteries and kidneys, and named Wegener's granulomatous.
