Cyanide burns and concomitant poisoning

Cyanide can be divided into inorganic cyanide and organic cyanide according to chemical structure, the latter is called nitrile compound. Cyanide burns and concomitant poisoning can reduce the arterial and venous blood oxygen difference in patients with acute poisoning from normal 4% to 5% to 1% to 1.5%, so it is easy to cause respiratory paralysis and cause death.
