Recurrent right lung infection

Scimitar syndrome (scimitar syndrome), also known as scoliosis syndrome, was first proposed by Neil et al. (1960). The sign is a congenital vascular malformation, a type of pulmonary vein malformation drainage (subcardiac type), which is characterized by the right pulmonary vein opening in the inferior vena cava. The age of onset varies, ranging from 10 to 20 years old, with a male to female incidence of 1: 2. Difficulty breathing at different degrees, exacerbated during activities, recurrent right lung infections, cough, hemoptysis, fever and other symptoms. There may also be chronic cough, asthma, dizziness, and cyanosis. Some are asymptomatic for life.
