Mild pain
Mild pain, intermittent pain, without medication. The World Health Organization proposes a strategic goal of “relieving pain for most cancer patients in 2000”. It shows that controlling cancer pain has become an important humanitarian treatment. In 1984, the World Health Organization invited 28 medical, pharmaceutical and nursing experts to discuss and formulate a "three-level pain relief" plan.
