Cutis lymphogranulomatosis Most reported cutaneous Hodgkin's disease is actually type A lymphoma-like papules. Synonymous Hodgkin lymphoma, Hodgkin granuloma, Hodgkin paragranuloma, Hodgkin sarcoma, lymphogranulomatosis maligna. This disease is a type of ML, with special tumor giant cells (Reed-Sternberg cells, referred to as RS cells), often with different degrees of inflammatory cell infiltration. There is considerable overlap between these two diseases. Lymphoma-like papules have a common immunophenotypic pattern with Reed-Sternberg cells (RS cells). Lymphoma-like papulosis can be seen in patients with Hodgkin's disease. Primary cutaneous Hodgkin's disease without lymph node involvement is difficult to confirm and very rare.
