This disease is seen in patients with dermatomyositis, which presents a skin heterochromia-like disease, called dermatomyositis dermatomyositis, which is more common in children. It may also be an early stage of mycosis fungoides, and further development is manifested in mycosis. Progressive idiopathic skin atrophy, also called spot atrophy: early lesions are round or irregular pale red patches of different sizes, which gradually atrophy later, appearing skin-colored or blue-white, dark red, slightly concave or convex The surface is wrinkled, and the hand feels not hard. Unlike scleroderma, which hardens first and then shrinks, it has no pain and itching. You can go to the doctor without any feeling in the early stage, and generally affect the appearance and aesthetics. A few can cause limb disability. It is common among young and middle-aged people, and women are particularly prominent.
