Gall bladder myopathy
Gallbladder wall proliferative disease. Women are more common. The cause is unknown. The pathological changes were hyperplasia and hypertrophy of mucous membranes. The number of Luo-A sinus increased, expanded into a cystic shape, and penetrated deep into the muscular layer. There was a duct connected between the sinus and the gallbladder cavity to form a pseudo diverticula. The myometrium was significantly enlarged, the gallbladder wall was significantly thickened, and the cystic cavity was narrowed. Pseudo diverticulum is full of bile and can form stones. There are three types: diffuse, segmental and confined.
