Resection of middle esophageal cancer

Stage 1.0, Stage Ⅰ, Stage Ⅱ esophageal middle and upper thoracic cancer, subthoracic cancer can be relaxed to stage Ⅲ; more limited cardia cancer, the general condition is good, no surgical contraindications. 2. Recurrence of esophageal cancer after radiotherapy, small lesions, no distant metastasis, and good general condition. 3. Patients with high esophageal obstruction, no distant metastasis, and systemic conditions should actively seek surgical exploration. Those who cannot be resected can be treated with bypass surgery, supplemented by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
