Gastrocnemius strain
Gastrocnemius strain is a sports injury, which is mainly caused by acute indirect violence. It is related to the strong stress of active muscle contraction and the confrontation of external forces. It often occurs in sports such as ball, jumping or spanning. One of the reasons for attrition in combat is that minor gastrocnemius strains can be cured after a few days of conservative treatment, while severe strains require longer treatment and recuperation, which should be taken seriously.
