Internal heat feeding
Internal heat is also called internal fire, which is also called "fiery endogenous" in Chinese medicine. As its name suggests, internal fire (heat) is a type of disease that is caused by excessive human metabolism and excessive heat production, as opposed to internal cold. Excessive heat production is absolutely excessive and relatively excessive for the human body. Absolute overabundance refers to diseases caused by the human body's excessive metabolism, which causes the heat production to exceed the normal heat dissipation capacity; while relative overabundance, refers to diseases caused by the reduction of the body's heat dissipation capacity and the relative overproduction of heat.
