Seminal cyst
Congenital seminal cysts are rare and are often found after puberty. They are often combined with ejaculatory duct obstruction, blood ejaculation, and urinary tract infections. They can also cause dysuria due to compression of the bladder or urethra. A few are occasionally found during rectal examination .
