Hip soreness
Swelling caused by acetabular dysplasia will initially be located in the knee joint, and then mainly in the hip, thigh root, and groin areas. The initial manifestation is hip soreness and discomfort, which increases after standing or walking for a long time, and generally improves slightly after rest. Most patients don't think it's due to fatigue or sprain. Acetabular dysplasia, also known as subluxation of the hip joint, refers to a type of hip deformity that is formed when the acetabulum is not well developed. The main pathological change is the shallowness of the acetabulum, which leads to insufficient tolerance and coverage of the femoral head. Due to the above pathological changes, the weight-bearing area of the hip joint is reduced, and the pressure per unit area is significantly increased, which gradually causes damage and degeneration of the articular cartilage, eventually leading to the occurrence of hip osteoarthritis, hip pain and limited mobility. Therefore, the disability rate of acetabular dysplasia is high. Hip dislocation in children, also called "pediatric hip joint misalignment", "transient synovitis in children". Seen at the age of 5-10 years, followed by 2-5 years, followed by 10--15 years, and occasionally adult (mostly women). This disease is a common disease in children, more women than men, about 6: 4. After the onset of this disease, the vast majority of patients must be restored with the help of manipulative methods, otherwise, adverse consequences will occur.
