Stiff neck
Neck, shoulder and occipital pain, accompanied by corresponding tender points and stiff neck, are the clinical features of cervical spondylosis. Cervical spondylosis is extremely common clinically. It is the earliest cervical spondylosis and the common early manifestation of other types of cervical spondylosis. The main symptoms are neck, so it is also called local type. Because the symptoms are relatively mild, they often do not pay enough attention, so that the recurrence and exacerbation of the disease, many patients with repeated pillows fall into this type. In the past, many people did not recognize this type. Therefore, it is rarely mentioned in the literature. Cervical cervical spondylosis, also known as ligament joint cystic cervical spondylosis, is often commonly known as "falling pillow" during acute attacks. This type of cervical spondylosis is usually caused by inappropriate pillow height or improper sleeping posture during sleep, cervical vertebra rotation exceeding its own movable limit, or because the cervical vertebra is bent for a long time, part of the intervertebral disc tissue gradually moves to the extensor side, stimulating nerve roots, causing pain. . "Loose pillow" does not exclude non-cervical spine factors. Such as the neck femoral cold rheumatoid myositis, neck back muscle strain or a sudden twist of the neck, etc., can also cause "pillow" -like symptoms. This type is actually the early stage of various types of cervical spondylosis, most of which are at the beginning of cervical spine degenerative changes, and cause cervical symptoms through sinus nerve reflex. But if not handled properly, it can easily develop into other more serious types.
