Variant preexcitation syndrome

Variant preexcitation syndrome is also known as Mahaim preexcitation syndrome. The traditional Mahaim type pre-excitation syndrome refers to a sinus node excitement that is transmitted through the Mahaim fibers and a delta ECG wave appears. The QRS complex is widened and the PR interval is normal. Group syndrome.
