Anal fissure triad
Anal fissure triad generally refers to anal papillomas or anal papillitis, sentinel hemorrhoids, old anal fissures or subcutaneous fistulas caused by anal fissures. These three are in the anal fissure and should be III Anal fissure category. Therefore, the anal fissure triad is a stage III anal fissure.
