Pulmonary encephalopathy in the elderly

Pulmonary encephalopathy refers to the syndrome of hypoxia caused by lung, bronchial and thoracic diseases, and psycho-neurological symptoms caused by carbon dioxide retention, such as excluding those with similar manifestations caused by other causes.
