Hepatocyte necrosis
Hepatocyte damage is a common clinical phenomenon. Damage to lethal cells, whether occurring during necrosis or apoptosis, is an irreversible process. Cell necrosis refers to the irreversible loss of metabolic function and structural integrity of the plasma membrane of cells, which is characterized by the loss of integrity of the plasma membrane.
