The labia majora or anus vary in size and are soft and tender
The abdominal organs come out of the perineum through the muscle and fascia space at the bottom of the pelvic cavity, which is called perineal hernia. The perineum is the soft tissue structure that closes the pelvic outlet below the pelvic ridge. The line connecting the sciatic nodules on both sides divides the yin into two triangles: the urogenital triangle is called in the front and it is closed by the urogenital ridge. The male has the urethra and the female has the urethra and vagina. Passed; called the anal triangle at the rear, closed by the pelvic ridge, with rectal passage. There is a weak point between the pelvic floor and the occipital tail muscle, and most hernias pass through this gap. Perineal hernia is a rare type of extra-abdominal hernia that occurs in women over 40 years of age. The cause is related to the deeper ischiorectal fossa of women than men and the perineal muscle relaxation after multiple deliveries.
