Pituitary amenorrhea: Amenorrhea caused by a pituitary tumor may be accompanied by headache, unclear vision, or lactation; anterior meningitis, amenorrhea, occurs in postpartum hemorrhage, manifested by hyposexuality, genital atrophy, fatigue and cold, and hair loss.
