Tracheoesophageal fistula
Tracheoesophageal fistula (tracheoesophageal fistula) is due to congenital embryonic abnormalities, and the trachea and esophagus are connected by fistula. About half of the patients are accompanied by other congenital malformations, such as cardiovascular, urogenital and pulmonary dysplasia. Most are sporadic and only a few have family history.
