Pathological myopia

Pathological myopia refers to the degree of myopia of the patient above -6.0D, usually the axis length is greater than 26 mm, causing a series of serious eye diseases. It occurs early (can occur between the ages of 5 and 10), and progresses quickly. It continues to develop after the age of 25, often accompanied by fundus changes, and vision is difficult to correct, also known as degenerative myopia.
