1. Relative indications for common bile duct incision. 2. Bile duct malformations. 3. Severe adhesion of biliary tract and unclear anatomical relationship. 4. Not sure who has taken the bile duct stones. 5. Biliary stricture, constrictive cholangitis, and some tumors around the ampulla.
