Renal pedicle lymphatic ligation, Renal pedicle lymphangiectomy (ovarian) vein anastomosis
Chyluria is a complication of filariasis. Most people think that chyluria is caused by adult filariasis or a disease caused by it, which causes the chest duct to be blocked or changes in dynamics. Intrarenal lymph vessels are mainly distributed in the lobular space and around the glomerulus. Increased intravenous venous pressure and renal pelvis pressure can accelerate renal lymphatic reflux. When lymphatic reflux is blocked, the increased pressure will cause the lymphatic vessels to swell, and the lymph fluid will flow into the kidney, forming Chyluria. The disease has the potential for self-healing. It can usually be cured by dietary adjustment, Chinese herbal medicine, and pelvic lavage therapy. Only a few patients need surgery.
