Radical prostatectomy

Transurethral prostatectomy (TURP) is a safe, effective, and painful surgical procedure for patients. It refers to the insertion of a resection microscope through the urethra to remove the part of the prosthetic protrusion into the urethra under direct vision. The suprapubic bladder puncture is usually performed before surgery to drain the lavage fluid.
